"The tall bald guy there makes me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I drive up and see him at the counter, I keep driving and go across the road to IGA instead. I am a regular customer and the staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly but that one guy makes me very anxious. I have had multiple unpleasant encounters with him, he has followed me around the store, asked for my ID while I'm trying to grab things, and has stared at my ID for uncomfortably long on 2 occasions. I am a regular and he definitely knows who I am yet I continue to be ID'd, harassed and followed. I have never experienced this before and I hope he isn't making other customers feel this way."
