Pre Uni College, Wentworthville

"Please avoid registering your kids in this Center. I wish I had read the reviews before I made a mistake of enrolling my son in this branch. The owner Robin has no methods of communication Infact there is no such thing as communication! You have to figure out when the next class is running by magically figuring out because the Center won’t bother to tell you when classes start. I myself had this happen to me 2 weekends out of 3 where my son was attending where no one told us class would start at 10 but we showed up at 9! My son missed the opportunity to do the test which was supposed to be at 8 from home but how would we know if no one tells us so!!! The owner is very unprofessional and would not return phone calls nor emails. I have sent him 3 emails and multiple phone calls but no response! It just surprises me how can you treat your customers in such a way! Please don’t waste your money this place is a mess and if you can learn from my experience please listen and don’t be tempted to send your kids to Wentworthville preuni. This place deserves no stars. Probably 5 stars for unprofessionalism, lack of communication and zero customer service!"

"This business model is horrendous. My child went there for a short vacation course. Once the classes started there was no communication from the office whatsoever. Few days after the course finished, I called up pre-uni office for some feedback to know how he went. The owner said they put the scores in their website for 3 days after the course. I asked how do we know about it? He said there is an email sent which we never received(checked in junk mailbox as well). He assured me he will check and call me with in three days. But never called and when I tried back, he never picked up the call. So, I went Wentworthville branch and the office lady tried to contact him. He responded for the text messages in the beginning, once he realised it is me, he stopped responding. Such a depraved and ridiculous way of behaviour. Been tried to get in touch with him many times but failed. Is this the way a kids education organisation behaves? I have seen kids playing outside the building on the pathway during break time. Some kids even stepped into the busy road while playing. There is no or a little supervision while kids playing outside which is horrifying. My child has also mentioned to me that the owner himself is very rude to some kids. The classroom also looks like not enough space for kids to spend their whole day (especially during covid times). How would you trust to send our kids there? Never again!!"

Friendly and very approachable teachers & student coordinators, excellent teaching strategy , high standard books and teaching material that I have seen so far, I strongly recommenced any parents looking for their kids success. My child is in selective school and she is doing so well in her studies. I am so thankful for everything"
