"I was in the store today looking for shoes for my 2yo grandson. There were several children there, some running around a bit too much. The sales person Elizabeth handled all extremely well. My grandson tried on 6 pairs as did others. I was really impressed with Elizabeth and imagine the mess for her to clean up after we left."

"I absolutely don't recommend this to anyone. They have terrible customer service. I ordered online and they sent me faulty shoes and even though the products were defective and it's completely their fault, they said I would have to pay for shipping to return it. They said I could return it at the store as well. I went all the way to their store and was sent back because they wanted the boxes as well. I went back again with the boxes. It's not mentioned anywhere on the website that I need my debit card to get a refund. Despite that, I did have my debit card, but unfortunately my debit card was inactive, so they sternly said there is no other way of getting a refund and all I could do is exchange the shoes for something else. After the exchange, there was some change left, they did not give me that either. Throughout the process I was looked at like a thief and wasn't treated very well. The entire experience was horrible and I think they don't know how to treat their customers."

Staff member continued to go on and on about an empty shoe box to the point where i needed to ask her why are u repeating this the shoes are right here. Gave direct feedback that you are in customer service and u are make me the customer feel like I am stealing. We walked out. She didnt apologies and lost the sale. Wonder if I was white if I would get same treatment???"
