"Literally been waiting at Alexandria DHM while the guy had his lunch. Been here for 45 minutes. He said he’s alone and human so needs to eat and made me wait for just over 45 minutes. I did say I was happy to wait for 30 minutes. It said online it was open. So I went in my lunch break to wait for him to have his lunch. I said to him that if it had said online it would be a 45 minute wait I would have arrived 45 minutes later. To which he said, the computer was down. So? That’s not my fault. So I just left. Highly annoyed at this service and will be requesting elsewhere from my specialists in future."

"Waited for an hour and the pathologist never came out to check whether there was anyone waiting to do a blood test (how it works is that you pick up a ticket at the reception by yourself and they’ll come out to check if anyone has taken a number or not). Asked receptionist how long would the wait be and they could not help at all as they operate individually... worst experience ever"
"Absolutely disgraceful. Arrived at 9am which was the advertised opening time and was told would not open till 11am as person was running late. Not much use when you are fasting for a blood test. Referred me to a non bulk billed service across the road."
"Pathology is located in the Medical Centre of the outdoor courtyard but there is only 1 pathologist, so when someone is having more complex tests done or lots of people show up the wait times are very, very long. I waited 45 minutes even though there were only 2 people in front of me. Another woman left after she said she'd waited 1 hour 20 minutes. The pathologist was fine but at bigger dedicated city pathology centre would be much faster."
