"Went to check if a Giant bike is available in the store. There was an old man sitting in a camp chair at the back of shop. He didn't bother to come and ask if I need anything for 5mins and there was no one else in shop. He eventually started talking to me from the back of shop after I went and asked if the bike I wanted is in stock. Very poor customer approach and not friendly."
