"came to the Blacktown Spendless shoes on the 17/05/2022, the lady who worked there was name Deb. She was absolutely rude as I was only looking at the shoes and she said "I just fixed up the shoes and you bloody messed it up". She said it very aggressively and did not know how to talk to customers. There were more customers who were in that line that also touched the shoes but she only blamed me for no reason. The shoes she was talking about was firstly not my size and I did not touched any shoes there. I asked her why did you say that and blamed me she started talking nonsense and said "this is not my job". She is working there and gets paid for it and why is she saying it's not her job. After choosing the shoes I wanted to buy, she didn't want to serve us but we waited and we called her. She said "grow up", she shouldn't say like that as a staff because she only works there. I had an absolutely horrible experience and I wasn't happy at all. I wish there was a button with no star rating."

"I am a first time customer and this is my first ever negative feedback . I purchased two pairs of shoes for my child on 31st January 2022. I had to exchange one of it due to wrong size, so went on 1st February 2021 around 9.45 am. It took more than 15 minutes in the counter to do the exchange. Then the printer was not working which I can understand. She made a call to some one to tell the printer is not working. Then she said to me " Just go" handing me the right size shoes while she was still on the phone. I said if you can give me the old receipt at least. She said " No". I was speech less. Other customers were waiting too and they looked frustrated to me. I simply had to walked away without the receipt and I have no proof of purchase for both shoes. I think she should have apologised for making me wait and not able to provide me a receipt. At least she should have given me some written form of proof of purchase for future exchange or refund as per spendless policy. Very unprofessional behaviour."
