"We were told not to test the demo wind up toy cars on the floor, which is understandable but the additional comment about breaking it was unnecessary, as the children weren’t being rough or disrespectful in any way. Just regular, curious, children of colour. Please do better and train your staff to be a little kinder to children that don’t look like them. Not all intend to do harm to your products."

"Ordered my Grandsons 1st Birthday present on 1st March email confirmed, I rung on the 7th March to say would be in later in week to pick up store said dont worry it will be here until you pick it up, went on Friday and store was shut earlier than advertised on FB and Google. Long Story short I tried for 3 rd time to pick up today to find shop completely empty, rung number and left DM on facebook.... facebook and google still showing store is open and trading. Store messaged back to say you have picked up order on 1st which is impossible as this is the day I placed order she then said "We are in FNQ and shopify is telling me that your order is picked up... there is nothing I can do right now ... sorry ... I will look at it as I return to work mid April" Shopify NEVER notified me of a pick up this would have of course raised alarm bells as I havnt picked up I have not signed for any order and no one has access to my email which was required to pick up parcel! the shop opens MID April. Not good enough refund my money so I can purchase elsewhere ... I would be VERY careful buying from this shop online at the moment as there is NO store and owner in FNQ even though store is showing open on FB and Google! Have emails phone log and DM to back up what I am saying!"
