Coles Knox

"Mango mochi. If you’ve tried it before you know how what I’m talking about, I’m not quite sure what they have done during the production of them, but they are foul. Instead of the taste of sweet mango ice cream upon first bite, you get an unpleasant burst of chemicals pouring into your face and cold turpentine fumes spilling around your mouth. I really don’t understand it, I have no idea why no one else has brought it up."

"Really poor customer service. I believe the lady who served me tonight was the evening shift manager who was closing the store. She was extremely rude and was giving me a lecture because I brought my handful of groceries to her counter at 10pm. She ordered me to bring the groceries to her earlier next time. I’ve worked in retail for over 7 years and have never treated my customers that way nor have i ever experienced that before. I didn’t agree with her view so didn’t acknowledge her to condone her behaviour so she assumed that I couldn’t hear her but i corrected her that i did. It’s disappointing to be treated that way since I’ve been shopping at the other Coles in the same Westfields for over 20 years (but have had to come to this Coles as of late since the other one closed down). The meaning of ‘customer is king’ has really gone down the drain at this particular Coles. No wonder I can never find any stock since shelves never get refilled. The Coles that they closed down was so much better than this one. Will have to switch over to Wollies now."

"There's two Coles stores in Knox ,one each end of the center.the one I was in was actually bit cheaper than Coles in Burwood one.oh and the young man in fresh produce was so helpful he is very knowledgeable.pitty Thay are all not like that."
