"I went to this place today for some abalones. I was charged based on the weight of the items on the scale (including all the plastic package). After I came home I realized there is net weight on the package which I didn't notice when I bought and paid for them. I went back to ask for the charge only based on the net weight of the items not the weight they put on the scale because those including all the plastic seals which is more heavy and not reflecting the actual weight. That's why the net weight is there on the packaging in the first place right ? It tells the weight at the time of packaging not after the items are frozen and sealed. The owner refused and said they always just weigh everything on the scale not going by the weight on the packaging. But this is not being fair and misleading. Just 3 packs of abalone is 45g more heavy which is about $4.95 difference (0.045kg *$110/kg). In other words I'm paying more than $110/kg effectively. Isn't that tricky ? In addition to that, the attitude of the owner isn't what you want to put up with when you have money to go buy the food and she acted like I was begging her for free food - arrogant and slowly response after I've asked a few times and waited for her to take us the abalone. Besides the price of the abalones, her stuff are more than expensive than the other places. Seriously it's definitely not worthy to go there to put up with her attitude."
