Naturally Timber designed, manufactured and delivered a beautiful wooden cover which makes the terrace look so much nicer! I ordered a 2m wide Contempo bookcase in Victorian Ash. Emelia and Todd helped me through the process start to finish and both were just fantastic. Emelia kept in touch throughout the process with plenty of updates. The workshop team had the bookcase made super quickly and I was able to have the bookcase delivered before Christmas. The delivery process was also excellent with plenty of reminders and updates ensuring I had enough time to leave work and meet them at home. The bookcase is stunning. Beautifully made and exactly what I was after. I had some issues screwing the two units together originally but after an email to the team I had a really helpful response from Todd which solved the problem. I have had some difficulty getting the pegs all the way into the adjustable shelve holes but this has not affected the usability. Overall an amazing experience throughout the process start to finish and would recommend Naturally Timber to anyone looking for customised solid timber furniture."
