"Couldn't be happier with our pool and spa combo from Pools of Distinction. We had a few tradies warn us about pool companies adding variations etc but what we experienced couldn't have been further from the truth. Once they arrived on site they were friendly, professional and up front when unexpected things popped up. Big shout out for Lucas! They helped provide contacts for electrical and plumbing that were far cheaper than other quotes we'd received as well. Overall a really positive experience. Definitely recommend and would use them again if needed."

"They dug the pool out almost 12 months ago before the house was built. House has been finished, yard done, moved in...nothing. Calling them all the time and they make excuses as to not finishing it. It's just a concrete hole with a knocked into pool unsafe fence, full of mud water meters deep and filth. I'll be advising people online to not bother with these pools. Just awful and upsetting. Summer will be over before they CLAIM to do anything else."
"I requested a quote which was done in 3 days but I was awaiting a quote for landscaping from a company that has an association with and arranged the quote through POD. I made a comment to POD that I had been waiting 5 weeks for a landscape quote before I could order the pool. The estimator got back to the landscaper saying I had bad mouthed him. It wasn’t the case. When I emailed the estimator with some questions on the quote I emailed 3 times over 18 days and no reply. When I asked to speak to the owner of the business they refused to put me on. Instead they blocked my email. This is a totally unprofessional way to treat someone who was going to spend $60,000 with them. Now they claim they are too busy to do any more pools. Why then did they quote. I suspect the business owner has no idea how his staff treat prospective customers. Unbelievable."
