"We didn’t have a good experience here, we had to ask basic questions on our first day such as where are the change rooms and who is our instructor and where do we go for our lesson. On one occasion we had our lesson cancelled upon arrival and put into a lesson that wasn’t appropriate for my child. Things then spiralled until we ended up with a child that was fearful of swim instructors. They did make an effort to try and help, but in the end we ended up worse off than before we started. This school maybe better suited to children who are already comfortable going under water."

"both my sons have excelled at 5 star with patient, knowledgeable teachers and a good program. The levels are easy to follow on the parent portal. There's lots of class times to allow flexibility and make-up opportunities. Good facilities/showers etc. Parking can be full at times but its a quiet street."
"Both of our daughters have been attending 5 star swim school for about 2 years now and couldn’t be happier with the experience thus far. The staff are friendly and the instructors are enthusiastic and well trained. My eldest daughter especially has become really confident in the water which we know has attributed from attending weekly swimming lessons. I would highly recommend enrolling."
