"Terrible service, EXTREMELY rude and arrogant staff, just as other reviews have also mentioned. I suggest you avoid this place. Never seen such disrespectful behaviour from any business with their customers. Update after owner's reply: So if an invoice is overdue, you give yourself the right to mistreat and disrespect your customer? We explained and apologised that the invoice was delayed because of being overseas and confirmed that we will pay. I note from your reviews that you have done this to other customers too! We came into the shop to pay, only to be faced by your rude staff, with terrible attitude, telling us that the owner has advised them to "throw us out"! When trying to calm your staff down by saying "you are right", she responded with: "I know I am right. Who do you think you are to tell me I'm right". This terrible attitude was followed by your other staff starting to film us and saying they are going to call the police!! Such extreme and dramatic behaviour over a delayed $90 invoice! They followed us all the way to our car and filmed our car plate number! Your response here is deceptive! You are pretending to care about customer satisfaction, inviting us to come forward to fairly resolve the issue! Yet in a private email you sent us, you said: "We ask that you refrain from attempting to enter our premises or engage in any form of communication, including phone calls, emails, or any other means" and threatened us with legal action! Really? Over a delayed $90 invoice?! I suggest you reevaluate your customer satisfaction policies and ensure your customer-facing staff are not rude, arrogant, aggressive and abusive. We request a direct apology from her for her behaviour. For your information, we have since been to another pool shop in St Ives with kind staff who provide wonderful service."

"Don't use this pool shop, as they are rude and unreliable. They supplied us recently with a pool vacuum that rarely works and have told me to make a warranty claim through the manufacturer. They only have 1 pool technician who has very limited availability. I was overseas and paid their service invoice 1 week late and the owner had a go at me for that. He did not like that I messaged the technician directly for urgent assistance with sorting out an issue with the pool my house sitter alerted me to (which he told me to do). Avoid."

"Never trust retailer and his "expert" knowledge. Zoeb sells on margin or dead stock. I regretted heavily after a few hours use. I paid double for half benefit of my old pool cleaner. Trust me just trade online over review rating with decent warranty cover. It broke down just a few weeks and they don't want hear it but just giving me a few dummy numbers."
