"Last week on Thursday afternoon, I came into office works five dock to find some little bits and pieces for my classroom, and came in with different questions not expecting answers because every time I come in here the managers with the glasses, the girl and guy hand me off to another team members who have no idea, understandably. As I walked into store, there was a teenager who I know know its Emilia, who helped me find all the bits and pieces I need, such lovely service even I though I know that they're always busy. Thank you so much for training and hiring lovely teenagers to help us oldies with tasks, and hopefully she has a bright future ahead of her with service, and whatever she wants to achieve."
"Very discriminatory against people who do not want to self serve. The supposed Male Manager very tall with glasses. Only interested in training you to help yourself. VERY BAD WORK ETHIC!! As a Manager people must be served in order of first come first serve. You should not have to wait just because you want actual SERVICE!!!! Disrespectful!!!!!! Caused me immense anxiety! Bad service bad experience. DO NOT OFFER PRINTING IF U DON’T WANT TO ASSIST."
"I come here often to print my photos and i had a problem with the machine so i asked for a staff to help me out. But she was rather unhelpful. She had no basic knowledge of customer service. Most of the time my experience here is good but today that particular girl sitting behind the counter near self printing station, she was very bad with her communication skills. Management should train some of their staffs to be more customer oriented. FYI, i am writing this review just outside your outlet. Thank you and all the best."
