Baby Bunting Auburn

"Go somewhere else if you’re looking to buy a car seat. Went in store yesterday to purchase a car seat. Requested a run through on one of the seats with carly, wow that was too much to ask. She wasn’t dealing with any other customers at the time. I asked to run through the britax click plus, asked if the covers could be removed or if she could show me how. She said yes they can be taken off and then refused to show me how because it was too much of a hassle, it was just like all other car seats was her response and walked off on us. Pure laziness. Decided to help another customer instead. I would forgive this if it was a one time thing, but we came in twice over the week to try and get some help on car seats where she was working the same car seat area and flat out refused to be of any real assistance other than just pointing at the car seat based on age. A good sales assistant will run you through the products and the basics. I had no idea about car seats and I wanted someone to demonstrate the product and point out key differences as it’s a big purchase and there are so many options on the market. A lazy pointless sales assistant will simply point and walk off on you, as per our experience at baby bunting auburn."

"Very bad service, I visited yesterday with my toddler and obviously my toddler would be running and picking up some items and be active in the shop. But the older lady works there was really rude and cranky and told us very angrily to put items back on the shelf. That really triggerred us and we left the store immediately. We were going to buy a stroller and some toddler feeding items there but didn't like to attitude and athmosphere the staffs were creating in the store. Really bad customer service and will never go there again. I suggest to not go there and get treated like us. Very disappointed."

"Very poor customer service. The person who “helped” us, was subtly condescending and seemed to judge us based on our appearance or possibly just always has a very judgy, apathetic attitude and didn’t talk to us about the products, couldn’t wait to leave us. Checked the stock of the item we wanted and said bluntly it was “sold out everywhere”. We later saw there was stock at another store. Don’t know why she did that to us. Didn’t smile or acknowledge our baby who was smiling at her. It’s baby bunting!!! Why do you have a job here if you don’t like babies!! Or just our baby you don’t like? Very disturbing behaviour and my only regret is I didn’t get their name."
