"It's Lowe's! And we are here for the school uniforms. This particular store is with Imperial Mall. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Lots of stock and sizes for the kids. Did I mention great staff and service from this crew? We had a great shopping experience here."
"First time ever in this store. We Spent close to 25 minutes browsing as I needed a shirt urgently. The sales assistant never served us or greeted us at all and when we asked her if this came in a bigger size she snapped "I don't know of the top of my head"...I work Retail so "I get it"... But honestly the service was disgusting. Go to another store if you can."
"[During Covid] Entered an empty shop (only security and cashier). The security guard approached me and was i told I couldn't go to the section of the shop with the shirts I wanted to look at. After a couple of questions asking how am I meant to shop at Lowes in the future was meet with a shrug. I thanked him for wasting my time and left. Might return if Covid finishes in a couple of years. With that poor management I expect the doors to be closed soon."
