"I would like to thank the staff at this store for such a great shopping experience there yesterday morning, especially the manager Anthea. Needed some new clothes but had no idea what to choose. They had both endless patience and genuine enthusiasm in helping me decide what to choose. Thank you for a truly joyful experience. Staff are brilliant!!!"
"I was in the Cronulla store this morning, and was completely ignored whilst I looked around the store for a few jumpers. I tried a few on in the change room, and the two staff members literally just stared at me as I came out of the changing room. Not a single "hello can we help?", "how are you" or "how did you go with the item?". I was a little angry about it. I wanted to buy two of the jumpers, but decided not to due to the lack of service. I actually confronted them about it, and asked for the manager. One said she was the manager. I asked why she didn't help me. She said "We're busy with stock today". There was two of them. How ridiculous. I told her it probably takes half a second to say hello, she mentioned she was going on maternity leave soon. I truely hope that the owners of Ghanda can see my review and know that they are paying the wages of staff who don't care about their customers and are costing the company potential thousands in sales. Cronulla mall is losing shops by the day, unfortunately I get the feeling that Ghanda will be close too."
"Great staff, went in when in a girl named Reagan was working and she was super lovely and helpful. Only issue Is I could no longer stay in there because of how hot it was! Felt like I was going to pass out… they should invest in some aircon, don’t know how the staff do it"
"I absolutely love this shop for the variety of clothes for kids and adults, we have shopped there multiple times and always walked away with alot of good clothes, scooter and accessories . Unfortunately I have just had an issue and seen the poor customer service when something goes wrong. So much so that now we won't be supporting a business that doesn't stand by its customers when a product does not do what it is meant to. Our issue was after washing one of their mens jumpers after only one use the material all pulled in over 12 places. I went in to the store and was not only made to be felt like I did not know how to wash clothes properly or my washing machine must have a problem but also shown how to fix all the pulls myself. They would not exchange for another one or give me a credit instead told me once items leave the store the store has no responsibility even if there is inaccurate care labelling and that it is considered wear and tear after a single use, and that it has never happened before so it must be my fault. Terrible customer service and just utterly disappointing from a store we love and have regularly gone to"
"Look out for the fine print on Ghanda’s sale bins! Today I purchased a t-shirt I found in Ghanda’s $15 sale bin. On my way home I realised I’d been charged $29 for it, so I immediately returned to the store to fix what I thought was an innocent mistake. It was not a mistake. Instead, I was directed to look at the sign on the bin which actually said “from” (in fine print) above the big, bold $15. Maybe a few dollars above $15 might be acceptable in a bin marked “from $15” - but almost double, is just sneaky! Yes, technically Ghanda is right, but Ghanda if you intend to lure people to sale bins with big $15 signs and then charge them almost twice as much because there’s a small “from” above the $15 maybe have your sales person be more transparent and say, “I know you got this in the $15 bin, but did you realise there’s a from above the $15 and it’s actually almost twice the price?” Then, the customer who didn’t realise there was a need to be hyper-vigilant about reading fine print while retail shopping can make an informed decision. Congratulations Ghanda you tricked me into spending $14 more on a t-shirt than I would have spent I been paying attention, but I’m a local who has probably spent close to $1,000 in your store over the past year and I’ll never be back again. You do the maths!"
