Lowes Campsie, New South Wales 2194

"I don't normally like leaving negative reviews, but I would be remiss in my duty if I wasn't transparent about the terrible experiences I've had at Lowes Campsie. I have tried twice now to get a refund on a garment I purchased; the first time I didn't have my receipt with me, but even though I bought the item through Zero Club, I was told that this is a 'third party' and I would have to follow it up with them as Lowes had no way of (or generally interest in) helping me by accessing my transaction history through them. Would they make an effort by phoning Zero Club for me while I was in store, having made the effort to go down there? Nope, that would be professional. So OK, I found my receipt, went back -- so now I've wasted a second trip to Lowes -- and for reasons that are a mystery (but might be to do with the fact my wife's credit card is associated with the Zero account), I was told that I paid with a different credit card than the one I actually paid for this item with. Which was completely untrue, I paid part of the balance on my Zero account and the rest by credit from MY card, which was not reflected on my docket. The sales assistant initially flat out refused to help, so I asked to speak with the manager. Nope, that was too hard -- instead, the sales assistant phoned the manager, and told me the only thing that could be done was that I would be issued a gift card. When I asked for the manager's name, I was only given the initials JB -- unnecessarily evasive and unbelievably poor customer service. Avoid this store at all costs. As a once-loyal customer, I have been treated like faeces, insulted and my time disrespected. This is absolutely the pits and I am super angry about it; it is the last time I will shop at Lowes."

"Large sized clothing store for the men and boys in the family. As a female, I have used their store on several occasions, especially in the winter months. They supply men's work attire through to children's first day at school. They also took school book orders at one stage for the following school year. They have a large range of jumpers , trousers and school trousers, socks, jocks, shoes, ties and trendy clothes and sports attire. The store is located on the ground floor in the Campsie centre, not far from the Amy Street entrance. Their prices are competitive. Big W is also upstairs, which is accessible via the elevator or lift."

"Shout out to staff member Jessie, who was dealing with large numbers of school uniform customers on Friday 27 Jan, all with questions and queries etc. He was unfailingly friendly, helpful and patient. Thank you to him and the store for having such great staff."

"Bought two pairs of black suit pants for $75 each. One pair barley lasted a week before the stitching came appart and the pocket became detached with a hole. The waist stitching came undone as well as the ankles. Second pair has lasted 3 weeks so far and the stitching is coming appart in the same places. So when that goes I'm down $150 and no pants. Never been so ripped off in my life."

There was only one pair left in my size, and it took some meticulous searching before he found them! Clifton was very friendly, professional and conscientious; my highest compliments for his service. I was also happy to get a significant discount thanks to my zero club membership!"
