"I’ve been in process of setting up my home office and accidentally bought a desk too large for my room. When I called up to ask if I could exchange for a slightly smaller desk I spoke to a girl named Irish who was super helpful in organising the exchange. I went to Smithfield and swapped out the desks and it was a super easy and efficient process. The warehouse manager who helped me carry the parts out of the boot and place in the new parts, was really kind and informative as well! Thank you! Really happy about how easy and efficient it was. 10/10 customer service."

"We were very disappointed with our recent purchase of an L-shaped office desk from Jason L Furniture. Not only was the leadtime delayed by about a week but when the desk arrived to us some parts required to fully assemble the desk were missing. Trying to contact the company to request the missing parts was not easy and they mislead us by advising the parts had been posted when they had not. Finally after a week of pestering the company the missing parts were finally couriered to us. Instructions for assembling the desk were very poor and we had to hire a tradesman at extra cost to come in and assemble and screw the desk toghether as there was no pre-drilled holes. When you purchase from Ikea all the parts are supplied, they go together easily and furniture doesn't cost nearly as much as it does at Jason L. Unfortunately we won't be purchasing from this company again."

"I bought an office desk and a student desk for my 6year old daughter. There was bit of wait due to the recent lockdown but they kept me informed. These guys are a great communicators! They let me know the delivery is coming my way. I was contacted by the delivery guys, delivery ninjas! They are super friendly, care about your product and your time keeping you informed until the product is delivered, very efficient! My daughter's student desk took a little longer. It was delivered by those delivery Ninjas. When we tried to put the desk together, couple of parts didn't seem to fit. Contacted JasonL, they were fantastic in dealing with me, super efficient and replacement parts were arranged for delivery 2 days later. These parts were delivered by Jeremy and Carlos who not only delivered the item, but they put the whole student desk together(to ensure there is no more issue with it again) in 15 minutes! This made day! My 6 year old was so happy that this two nice men would put her desk together so quickly. I cannot rave enough about these guys. They know what Customer Service is about and they go above and beyond. My 6 year old is one happy little human and mummy and daddy are very grateful to Nikki(office Ninja), Jeremy and Carlos (delivery Ninjas) and everyone at JasonL who helped me. Thank you!"

"I purchased a cable management tray but unfortunately it arrived damaged during shipping. I contacted Jason L customer service and they quickly and efficiently issued me with a replacement unit. I'm impressed with their friendly and polite conversation, and their focus on the customer. Needless to say they will be on the top of my list when I need more additions to my home office in future."
