"Had a horrible customer service experience today. A few days ago we wanted to try a suit for our 8 month old son before purchasing but wasn't able to as the change room didn't have a change table. They advised us to purchase the suit to try at home and come back if there was any issues. The suit was too big and while trying to exchange, they didn't have the items we were after. I asked for assistance but was only told to look in the corner because "that's all they had". After realising that I am not able to exchange. I asked if they had stock from other stores but they simply said that there's nothing they can do. After asking for a refund, they said they cannot due to store policy which I conveniently wasn't told when I had to buy the suit to try it on my son at home. The sales assistant was nice but the manager was very cold and unhelpful. At first she did not want to give a store credit voucher either. I would definitely avoid the Narellan store"
