From the moment I walked into the store, until the moment I left almost an hour later, I was given the highest level of customer service. The team at Raymond's provided me with a last minute Tuxedo for a Charity Dinner that I had to attend, and with very limited time before the event, they were able to fit me with a new Tuxedo and fit it with their onsite tailor. While it's hard for terrestrial based retailers to compete with online prices, I will happily walk into Raymond's for every menswear need in the future as in my opinion, you can't put a price on service, and these guys nail it every time. Great product range, and the best service I have ever received from a retailer. I will be back."
