"I went on Monday 27/6/22 at 11.20 am, I love Gazman always buy for my husband and father but I have been served with very poor service by the lady name “ Bae (asian lady)” the way she talked seem she had been through a very hard day. I recommended that if she is not happy she should better to stay home. I was going to buy my dad about 1- 3 shirts but I rathered not too and left with none. When I said I am not gonna buy it so she was just pull the shirt away. I still love this brand but I prefer to go other branches than in Lane Cove. VERY POOR SERVICE."

"Shopped for wedding clothes today for my partner and his best man. We entered the store at 3.20 pm and Lisa was very helpful. The store was supposed to close at 4 pm and we apologized for staying longer. She did not make us feel unwelcome at all but encouraged us to take our time to make the right choices. She was fun, informative and upbeat for the whole experience. Thank you Lisa ....we will shop there again. Gazman you have a winner here!"
