We were able to change the vanity tops and basin to our desired material and look. When we received them i was very impressed, they are gorgeous and so classy. I give Homegear Australia 5 Stars for - quality - price - efficient and helpful staff - super fast delivery. My bathroom renovations are not complete but here's a pic anyway to give you an idea of the class the vanity added to my ensuite. We purchased 2 different sizes, the name of the cabinet is the Marlo with granite tops and ceramic basins. I also purchased a mirror but haven't hung it as yet, i will send a pic of the finished result next week. Susan"
"Excellent service and handling of warranty. We purchased taps 2 years ago and when they became faulty, we emailed photos to Homegear. The matter was resolved quickly and the supplier posted replacement parts promptly."
"STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! Worst customer service I've experienced in life. I was given ZERO assistance when I needed help in buying a shower tap. I was lead to believe that there'd be a 7 day refund policy, under the condition that it remains in original condition. Fair enough. My bathroom renovator had to attempt to INSTALL it to see that it would not fit our shower settings. Upon return, the owner and his daughter were unprofessional and belligerent, clearly not keen to honour their company policy. They insisted that it was USED ... because I had to see that it couldn't fit. They had zero concessions or regard for the customer experience, all they were obsessed with was losing money. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. There are heaps of bathroom places in the area, I would hit up National Apollo or even Bunnings before setting foot in this place! Worst decision I've made on a consumer level."
