"We chose Papallo Kitchens to renovate our bathroom and we have been very impressed with every aspect of the process. George and John came to look at the existing bathroom, then came back with Edwin the builder to verify the existence (or not) of load-bearing walls - which is more than I can say of some other companies we considered. The complete job took about six weeks, but we had a toilet after three and a half (we have only one bathroom). We chose patterned tiles for the floor and the painstaking work by Phuong and his tiling team has produced a fabulous result. Edwin was a very hands-on builder: he was on-site every day that something was happening and was always checking the tradesmen's work. Any problems were solved quickly, efficiently and without fuss. We are glad that we chose a local company where we dealt with the same two people all the time, and we would highly recommend the Papallo brothers."
