"Be careful! Brought a pasta boiler worth about 4 thousand dollars. Leeks water at roughly 1 year old. When I called they said sorry out of warranty by 1 month. I asked them if they stood by a brand new unit failing approximately 1 year into its life and yes they do. Avoid this inferior commercial equipment and service back up is non existant."

"Never in my life have I experienced such expensive poor service as with this company. The initial sales was incredibly misleading on how this company does business. After spending a large amount of money setting up my business the after sales care is disgraceful. Do not be deceived into thinking that you will have a fast turnaround with service calls. At best it is several days and always includes a “sorry we will have to order that part in” this involves more down time in your business plus extra charge. I have been told for months now NSW is short staffed. That is my problem how? Get it together and start provided your customer the service you initially sell. I would never EVER recommend purchasing any equipment from this company. I have given them so many chances and I have had to waste so much time chasing, not even the common courteous to return emails or phone calls. Who runs a business like that. Even your own staff on ground zero don’t hide it as they are obviously fed up with all the other unhappy customers as they are the ones have to face them. I would happily provide my contact details for any future potential customer to have a chat with me about my experience."
