"Today 1 May 2023, I went to Fairfield branch (around 12pm) to buy school tights for my daughter, and we asked if they have some opened ones to check the size exactly, but one of their staff (a lady) she said they do not have, so we decide to just open one without damaging the packing then she interrupt us saying that she told us not to open it in a very rude way, the way that was really without respect which made me be mad and decided to change my tone of voice, then I decided to buy this item because we need that urgently and decided to report that against her and against Lowes who accepted to hire her to represent them absolutely the opposite from Liverpool staff who I can review them at least 4 of 5 stars."
