"Seems like sales is way ahead of service. I was very happy with the customer service when I purchased a replacement filter but now that the filter has a problem, Sydney's Best Pool Service are nowhere to be seen. After several phone calls, not being called back, being told someone was coming and no-one turning up with no call to say so, and me having to chase them again and again I really can't recommend them. Rooster one day - feather duster the next."
