"I was the only person in the store yesterday and was totally ignored. I tried on a blouse which I bought ( $180) and stood at the counter waiting to pay while one sales assistant moved stock around and the other pandered to a woman who walked in . I stood there long enough that the lady who'd walked in kept looking at me as if to say " Geez you're patient " all the while both of the sales people knew I was waiting to pay. When the sales assistant finally decided she wanted to take my money off me there was no greeting at all , no conversation, literally just " Here take ya shirt and off ya go " kind of attitude. I'm a Witchery member and love the clothes but next time I'm at the airport I'll skip this store . Really poor service ."
"I frequent Sydney airport often and used to shop here all the time. In recent months, I can wander through the store making multiple loops and not a single person acknowledges me. On Saturday it was the same. The staff stand behind the counter talking to one another and clearly can see me so not sure what the issue is. Super rude as I am a Witchery member also."
"Very friendly and helpful staff."
"A lovely Witchery store in the Domestic Terminal. I try to make time to visit this store when I fly domestically. The Witchery range is classical, modern and stylish. They stock modern clothing, footwear and accessories for all sizes and any occasion. You can always find something lovely to buy here and the staff are very friendly and helpful."
"Great clothing but horrible staff. I came straight from work dressed pretty casual and therefore did not merit service. Three workers looked at me and ignored me as they pandered to another lady who was better dressed. As I tried clothing on there was no request to assist me with sizing or any other help. I had to grab my own sizes as two of the girls working stood around checking themselves out. Too bad because I had some serious cash to burn and I was more than happy to spend it at surf, dive and ski where the girl working there actually acknowledged my existence."
