"I had foot surgery done last week and I got my bandage wet and rang Priceline to see if they could put a new bandage on my foot so it won’t get infected by the water, they said no, you can buy it and put it on yr self, to me that is not good service. Not caring."

"Very poor customer service from the Asian lady at the counter. Everytime I visit Priceline I could easily give my phone number in order to scan my membership and haven’t had any issue. But this lady was saying I need to present the physical card cause she can’t enter my phone number one by one. Very poor customer service."
"Went to get both of my jabs at this pharmacy. First time we witnessed an aggressive woman abuse the staff. They remained calm and professional, despite her yelling, swearing and carrying on. The second time we went an old man had a bag he brought in from another store break, its contents going everywhere. We watched as the staff not only gave him a new bag, but helped him pick up all the things he had dropped. The staff are the best I have dealt with, in any business, for a very long time. They are very friendly, they listen, they help and people know them by name. Despite being very busy they make you feel welcome. Super impressed."
