"Mat,Kurt , regional manager you dont even deserve a one star…Saturday I was quoted a price advised if i wanted to use the 25% off promotion I had to decide on the day. I accepted the quote (which had been approved via phone with Mat ),paid the deposit and was told the contract would be emailed to me, then I was given the run around for a week ,, I was contacted 15:50 on Monday by Mat to meet with Kurt at 17:00 the same day..never mind my work/family commitments to which I declined , a meeting was then reset for Saturday, Monday evening I was contacted by Kurt who asked me why i have rebooked in for a redesign for Saturday..?? Obviously no communication between the two as Mat set this supposed contract signing/meeting up. Kurt advised me he would talk to mat tomorrow and get back to me, Tuesday passed no word Wednesday I contact Kurt asked him what is happening are we still on for Saturday, he said he will check and let me know Thursday..radio silence continues Friday i contacted Kurt again about Saturday he said he will phone Mat, Then I was finally contacted back and told the meeting tomorrow is to due the paperwork just needs my approval.End of..so i thought Saturday comes half an hour before my appointment time Im told via txt I need to meet Kurt at the showroom, seriously.. Then i was informed my original quote will not be honoured unless I spend another $1300 odd dollars on appliances, Kurt offered a tap and sink(which was already in the original quote) ..!!!!!basically just want more money,, Ow how about a dish washer then..oven? I was advised that he had been aware of this from Monday, that unless I was willing to pay more my quote is void As of today I am still waiting for my deposit back and a response from manager of the year Mat. If you like merry go rounds and to be ripped off then this is the company to install your kitchen as that is what they are good at !!"

"They were all very nice and the showroom is great but I was offended when I was asked by multiple staff if I was authorised to make a decision to purchase the kitchen without my husband. This is what turned me off on having another sit down to go over my quote to go ahead."

"Ask for the last payment to be made after it is installed. Because I had doors that didn't fit because of the range hood and still waiting for th to come back and install them. Plus double check all your measurements because they will let you make a mistake in your planning and just reply with "you sign off on it"."
