"Terrible customer service in Werribee valley girl - I asked for assistance from one of the employees and they did nothing to help, I was looking for a coat which there wasn’t any for my size except for one on a mannequin, I asked one of the workers if I could try the coat on the mannequin and she rudely said no and walked off and was using her phone the whole time instead of working or helping, I ended up taking to coat of the mannequin myself and replaced it with a larger coat of the same type on the mannequin. I don’t even work there but I felt like I was doing their work for them. I decided to leave and not buy anything. Every other store I’ve been to had polite workers who would let me try on the coat on the mannequin if I couldn’t find the same one for my size or at least be reasonable."

"Very rude in her approach!, (werribee) when looking for staff member to serve at front desk as been waiting, looking around no one came, so found staff near change room, when I asked for someone to serve she told me in an unpleasant tone! to go wait there! as there is girl on the floor! if there were someone they were not paying any attention to front end! Very shocking response when finally being served the girl who served me just ignored my feedback and kept smirking like she didn’t care! What’s happened to our customer service! -100 for their service!"

"Extremely poor customer service. The store closes at 5 PM. I entered the store at 04:35 PM. The staff approached me and said that the store is closed and they are not taking any more sales. I said but online says you guys open until 5 PM, I added I am not going to buy anything I just need to check a size of a top that I liked is still available in city store. The manager was listening to the whole conversation and guiding the staff through what to say. The manager came upto me and said you can’t browse the store, you need to leave as we are closed, i again explained what I told the other staff. The manager told me you are wasting my time. We are understaff and you should understand (they were 2 people and all I wanted to know was whether the top is available in their city store). Frustrating! At the end the staff did tell me about the top I was enquiring. But they were so rude and unprofessional. Never coming back to this store again. I was standing outside the store while typing this review and they have returned 4 other customers before they officially closed."

"Very rude staff and appalling customer service at this store. Counter staff have so much attitude and act like they don't want to be there. If they hate working there, well here's some advice for the staff - LEAVE. No one needs your negativity. I witnessed them being rude to every single customer not just myself, for asking a simple question. Company needs to performance review their staff because I'm pretty sure there are more suitable people who actually WANT to work in retail, unlike these entitled, ungrateful and unappreciative people."

"'If you're looking for a death trap, come to this store!' I wish Valley girl was how it was 3 years ago. After visiting the store one last time, I have noticed the drastic differences the store has from 3 years ago til now. And it's not a good look** If you're looking for clothes with an affordable price come here, if you're looking for clothes with okay-ish quality come here. However, if you're looking for a store that is: 1. Understaffed 2. Has 10 something dressing rooms, with only 3 that are opened 3. Dust everywhere 4. Slipping and tripping hazards everywhere 5. Flashing lights that have been in need of fixing for the last 2 years (Also dangerous for anyone with epilepsy) 6. Leaking pipes from the roof 7. Long wait in line for both the register and change rooms 8. Dressing rooms that are never cleared and have mounds of other peoples clothing hanging off the hooks and piled in the corner of the change rooms Then this is the place for you!!! I hope you enjoy your trip to the hospital from this highly hazardous store. Valley Girl, please fix this for your company's sake and for your consumers too. And bring back the couches in the change rooms, everyone is sick of standing and waiting in line with sore feet!"
