"Highly recommended..! Clean, parking on-site teacher / owner is amazing! Both my kids attend my 4 year old was so afraid the first time and they made him such at ease I appreciate the patience great service kids absolutely love it..! Thank you.!"
"We highly recommend Peakhurst Swim School. We have enrolled our daughter who just turned 3 years old. As expected, our daughter was scared to get in the pool and cried during the entire lesson. But the staff were so friendly, patient and great in dealing with this kind of situation. Shoutout to Juliet and Karen for being so wonderful and for their assistance. Teacher Karen was so great and patient with my daughter. Thank you so much. I'm so glad that I found this swimming school for my daughter, my husband and I are thankful and grateful for it."
"I took my infant daughter to peakhurst swim school and was extremely disappointed in the level of service and professionalism displayed. We attended a class not held by our normal teacher and had one of the other instructors, from the start of the class she made it clear she did not want to be there and we were wasting her time. She spoke about being hungover during lessons and how disorganised the management was, she even requested one of the other girls turn off the heating before they left as the babies were young enough it wouldn’t matter, it was a cold wet day with a temp under 20 and the babies were 3-5 months old. At the end of the lesson she loudly yelled that everyone had 5mins to be dressed and out as she had to go home, again this is babies under 6months and an unrealistic expectation to push onto mums who were also in the pool, it was also pouring rain outside, one of the mums was forced to feed her baby in the rain. The owner refused to respond to emails from all mothers voicing concerns with emails that were replied to being defensive of the instructor.I am just hoping my direct debit is actually cancelled. Also to note the toys they gave the babies to use in the lessons are full of mould, I squeezed one and black mould poured out, I question the covid practices due to this."
"We were lucky enough to take our granddaughter for her lesson today. She really enjoys the lesson. Juliette makes it fun for the littlies and has a lovely calm manner with them. We are very impressed."
"My 3 year old son has just started swimming lessons on Saturdays. He seems to be enjoying it, all the facilities appear new and the up keep shows."
