"As others have mentioned in reviews below, owner is INCREDIBLY rude (can't believe this business is still around with such bad customer service). Will never set foot in his shop again. I wish 0 stars was an option."

"On my first visit to this shop, I walked in and a lady abruptly yelled from behind the counter "what do you want?". I was stunned at how rude she was, so i just turned and walked out. 6 months later, I figured I'd give the shop another go. On this second visit, i went in to check prices on 3 items. The two guys behind the counter were not friendly or welcoming. I asked the price of a few items and found that prices were unreasonably more expensive here than elsewhere [I get that stores with a physical shop front need to charge more than online retailers because of the cost of running a store and staffing etc.. but as an example, one item was $39.99 here where it is stocked elsewhere in store for $19.00]. I won't be returning to this store. Each visit, I found the staff to be rude and their prices are ridiculous. Swimart need to consider that this Rouse Hill store is damaging to their company brand and reputation."

"Recently have finished construction of our pool. Have been to Swimart at rouse hill on several occasions, no matter who you deal with they are friendly and very helpful. We had a drama with our pool builder in regards to a pool heater, we decided to purchase it through Swimart instead. They installed the heater with in a week of us confirming the purchase and have followed up twice to see if all is going well. Great company to deal with."
