"One of the worst and most degrading experience trying to get medication dispensed of my life. The chemist here refused to dispense medication to me claiming I'd taken out the same medication 2 weeks prior. After explaining to him that I take a high dose (3x standard dosage) and take 3 tablets per day out of a box of 30 tablets which is why I'd finished the box within 2 weeks, he still refused to dispense it. I then asked if he could at least dispense one dose for that day, as I hadn't taken the dose for that day, he again refused. Each time I go to the chemist they ask me why I'm wanting it dispensed every 2 weeks, when I tell them the dosage I take they quickly realize and dispense it. This pharmacist made me feel degraded and humiliated. I then went to chemist warehouse and he dispensed it immediately! Will never be back here!!"
"I went to Doncaster shopping town downstairs store Easter Saturday to purchase dermaid 1% cream.i was asked what medications I take, if I have high cholesterol, high blood pressure. Because I could not remember all medications she refused. I asked to see pharmacist, same thing I am 85 years old been a loyal customer for years you have now lost me.i have also gone to upstairs store and got it no problems"
"I stopped going to MY CHEMIST RESERVIOR you have to wait so long while the staff talk about there night out or there privet life! while you remain invisible. I have never had such a bad experience with a chemist. The staff treat you quite bad, you fell as if they're looking down at you even judged. there not helpful at all. If you want a GRATE chemist that's Really do care try knight Owl on Gilbert Rd."
"Always fantastic service from the team but this week they went above and beyond. Currently in isolation and needed some medication and a thermometer and delivery. This request was out of their delivery day windows but the pharmacist took my order and said she would drop it off on her way home so I didn't have 2 wait another 2 days ❤ I couldn't even find enough words to thank the team."
