Welcome to MLC School, a prestigious educational institution located in Burwood, Australia. Leading our institution is Ms Lisa Moloney, a highly respected and compassionate educator. With a wealth of experience spanning across Australia and overseas, Lisa holds a Bachelor of Education in Environmental Science, a Graduate Diploma in Music Education, and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. She is also the Deputy Chair of the Round Square Board, further demonstrating her commitment to excellence in education.

Our 2020-2024 Strategic Plan is a result of extensive research and feedback from our school community. It takes into account the ever-changing world in which our girls will graduate and builds upon the strong legacy of MLC School. Developed over 15 months by the Council, Principal, Executive, and staff, this plan serves as a collective statement about our future and guides all decisions made within our institution.

At MLC School, we believe in the holistic development of our students. We proudly offer a non-selective admission policy, encouraging our girls to pursue their interests and explore new directions. In their final years, they have the flexibility to choose the academic pathway that suits them best, with options including the Higher School Certificate (HSC) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB). Our commitment to academic excellence is evident through the achievements of our students, with 12 girls achieving an ATAR of 99.95 in 2021, the most awarded to a school in Australia in IB History. In fact, MLC School was named the No 1 IB School in Australia in 2020 and a Top 50 Global IB School.

While we celebrate the academic accomplishments of our students, our ultimate goal is to prepare them for success beyond the school walls.
