"Don't go to this store at this location. Felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Store assistants were not wanting to make eye contact even though I knew what I wanted, just needed to check for sizing with my insoles. I had to ask for assistance and I felt like I was on eggshells. Heard them talking behind my back as well. I walked out without buying the shoe I wanted. Not a good reputation for a reputable Australian product/company. Castle Hill location was much better service and would offer me to try on other styles etc as well as directing me where to go if they didn't have what I wanted. They directed me to Penrith store since Penrith had the stock. But I'm not spending this much on a shoe when I felt very unwelcomed. I would rather wait to have the other locations get the shoe in stock."
"We live in Campbelltown (Raby) we went to the RMWilliams shop at Narellan my husband and myself were not happy with the service. We thought we would try Penrith store and we were so happy with the way we were treated. We ended up buying a pair of boots us a lovely shirt The young lady who served us Mila could not have been more helpful. We would go back to Penrith instead of Narellan"
"Bought a pair of craftsman's approx 7 months ago that began to peel in a few spots. Called the shop in Penrith and they asked to bring them in so that they could send them back to be looked at. The Manager took one look at them and said 'no that shouldn't have happened' they had my size and replaced them for a new pair of boots on the spot Very happy and appreciative with the result and the service I received today from the two ladies in the store. Highly recommend."
"My wife and I drove 40 minutes to this store as they had the right size shoe. The junior sales assistant was very helpful getting the shoes but the manager barked across the store that you must be wearing socks to try shoes on. We asked could we have a pair of socks and they said no but you can buy a pair for $25. This was extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour representing such an iconic Australian brand. I then took by RMs off and gave my wife my socks while I stood barefoot in the store. HO management really should teach this manager how to treat valued customers."
