"In the website there is a note says: Click & Collect is now Available* Rivers Product only. Cannot be used on other Mosaic brands product or Third Party Suppliers. Available stores will be displayed when you checkout. And when I pick Rivers Product only it doesn't allow me to place my oreder for click and collect, I have tried all locations in Sydney but the answer was always :Sorry !!! Can you show the selected stores locations ? In the other hand, there are 1300 ParcelPoints available to go and collect by paying $9.95. So why you write down false info that click and collect is avoilble. I have have cancelled my order for the third time."
"I bought a belt today, and changed my, mind so went to refund, the girl serving at the counter (Indian, I'm not a racist), was trying to convince me the belt was considered as undergarment, and couldn't be returned for hygiene reasons. First of all who WEARS BELTS as an UNDERGARMENT ! Secondly, it was just purchased a few hours ago. Finally got a Credit note, which had to be used on the same day. Either staff isnt qualified enough, or LAZY, or RIVERS have a problem returning funds back, as if I wouldn't have noticed the date on CREDIT NOTE I would loose it, as it was for the use on same day."
"This store has plenty of variety of stock , a little messy the day we were there but there looked to be only 2 staff on . The store has a large selection of shoes at very reasonable prices , considering how busy the staff are they are stiff very friendly snd helpfull ."
"Easy parking & disabled friendly access, Rivers is always been one of my favourite budget clothing store this particular branch would have easily made 5 stars if weren’t for their uninterested staff they weren’t rude in any way but just got the feeling I wasn’t welcomed there due to their quick short reply to a question and their lack of interest. Just a heads up to Mum’s and Dad’s kids can get out of line of sight very easily there as they for lots of shelf’s and rack’s and the clothing on them doesn’t make it easy to see. Other than that not much else to say, have a great day and stay safe."
"Purchased a flannel long sleeve from here. Definitely a store for the older demographic. The clerk at the register was nice and the shop is located in a not so busy mall. Easy to get parking here"
