"Stopped into this store today to look at a few pieces I’d seen online, staff were very lacking of knowledge as they couldn’t even decide which item was which and more interested in searching on their laptop for answers rather than listening to what I was after. The sales assistant that served me struggled to focus on the task at hand, off with the fairies. Very concerning for a high end home store in a tough economy. At one point she consulted the design staff and they spoke as if I was invisible. I was ready to spend over 5k given my questions & queries were addressed. Guess I wasn’t the kind of clientele they typically look for, Coco Republic’s loss at the end of the day! I’ll happily spend elsewhere."

"Like others on here, if I could do Zero stars I would. By far the most useless and un-organised business I have ever come across. Having spent over $15k with this business here's the sequence of events (the ones I can remember) - Purchased couch, dining table, dining chairs and coffee table in July 2022. Promised delivery within ~3 months - Couch and table arrived a month late, 3 delievry attempts made where their couriers said we weren't home, which we were, on one occassion they took a photo of our letterbox (as proof?) and left - Couch was faulty making creaking noises, they had a specialist come out to inspect and they agreed it was faulty - After 15 plus calls to their "customer support" team the couch was picked up. The team are based in Manilla and all you get is a stock standard 'that's very frustrating for you I am so sorry' speech each time you call up - Couch picked up and replaced with a new one, new couch had multiple defects in the stitching of the cushions - Without exaggeration 25 calls later CoCo finally accepted the fault and pickup up the second faulty couch. - ~$5k refund was promised in 3 days, it took over 8 weeks with several calls a week. Sometimes I was told it was being processed and I should see funds, other times I was asked if I still have the couch at my place.. - We are also onto the second dining table as that was also of a really poor quality - From July through to May I spoke to CoCo at least once a week, often more. - I left some feedback in the feedback/complaint section of their website over 6 weeks ago which then says we will be in contact, as expected no contact has been made. In summary, steer clear of this business, they will promise quick delivery to get your money and then extend it out. The quality doesn't always meet what you saw in the showroom and if anything goes wrong, good luck dealing with the offshore support. The team in store don't want to have anything to do with it, in visiting them for assistance, they just handballed me to the customer care team."

"Terrible service when I bought faulty/ poor quality lights. I bought 2 x Bodega Wall Sconces. The lights were installed by an electrician. They do not sit flush on the wall and are unsafe and unstable. Electrician advised me to return them as poor quality. Coco Republic response is very disappointing, claim it is an installation issue which it clearly is not. Don't buy these lights."
