"I visited this store needing a blood pressure test. Even though the chemist was not required to give me a test he could see I was upset and offered to help, sensing a possible panic attack. Hassan was calming, generous with his time, offered breathing techniques and helped me feel at ease. Thank you, couldn’t recommend highly enough for friendly and knowledgeable service."

"Honestly, pretty disappointing customer experience. About a week ago I had purchased some essence vapouriser from the pharmacy (roughly $70 worth). Once taking it home it worked once and then didn't work again. Unfortuantly with work commitments I came back to the store a week later (don't live close, I was just in the neighbourhood) to let them know. To either ask for a replacement or if not, a credit. The lady serving me advised me that they can't do anything and to call the service number on the box. I thought this was strange, however while still in the store called the number. The company 'In essence' was slightly surprised that the pharmacy wouldn't credit my money back OR provide me with a replacement. While still in the store I advised the pharmacist (someone else this time) who then said he will speak to his manager. Once informing her of what essense told me, she then proceeded to tell me she will speak to her supplier. What on earth! Why waste my time telling me one thing and clearly not know of the return process. Why bother buying anything from the store when really they can't replace it or give your money back and then palm you off to speak to the company? Thankfully the lady over essense was telling me seeing as the pharmacy was so unhelpful and wasn't following correct return process procedure, I could post it to them directly and they would send me a new one. A lot of work just for this. Never have I had these issues at other pharmacies or companies. Also out of curiosity I researched the price and clearly can get it cheaper elsewhere. Waste of time, waste of money, terrible service- wouldn't reccomend!"

"This pharmacy price gauges way over RRP for prescriptions. I had a script filled last night for a medication that I usually pay around $80 for at most pharmacies (it lasts me only a month). This pharmacy had the audacity to price gauge me to the tune of over $40, charging me $120.51!!! This is absolutely unconscionable conduct. I will never, ever get a script filled here again and I encourage others to boycott a business engaging in such practices."
