"The previous few times I’ve been to this chemist warehouse have been dreadful. They always appear to be EXTREMELY understaffed and the staff they do have are NOT helpful at all. The other day I was looking for diapers for my little sister and the baby sections is completely unorganised so when I asked one of the employees for help I was surprised that they DISREGARD me completely. I’m not sure if it was because I’m a guy trying to buy baby products but safe to say the customer service was NOT up to scratch"

"The floor staff are extremely understaffed and I pity the pharmacists within the dispensary working like craze. However what I found disgusting was when I saw what I believed is to be the floor manager? I saw him yell at one of his colleagues despite the chaotic nature of the store during lunch time. I don't think I've ever seen a Chemist Warehouse this shameful I'll be sticking with Priceline from now on, I have never witnessed a more disgusting sight within any retail stores before."

We rang to see if they had a rollator in stock before we went & they not only put it aside for us but helped us view it out of the box and put it together. A special thank you to the manager who spent considerable time helping us with a cheery and friendly attitude. Nothing was too much trouble!"
