"I love it here and always receive good service and a warm smile when I show up."
"This is my local pharmacy, it’s rare when I need to call that they actually answer. There’s been multiple times where I’ve had to check availability of something or get a script filled and the phone just rings out every time I call until I have to go in person. When I request a script to be filled online it doesn’t get filled until I show up to collect it and they say they didn’t see it and apologise profusely but it happens every time. Very very frustrating. I’ve tried to bring up the fact that I have called multiple times to no avail when I’m in and they just tell me that they do in fact answer the phone. I’m genuinely just frustrated and I need to use this pharmacy because of the close proximity to my house so I just hope that they become more diligent. They seem to have lovely staff when I do manage to get through to them"
"Recently bought some perfume from here. Took it home and realised it smelled nothing like the tester and was leaking in the box. Checked the expiration online and saw that it was from a batch made 8yrs ago. Explains why it was so gross. Took it back to the store and they wouldn’t refund it as it’s been opened. Can’t trust Chemist warehouse anymore, since they don’t care about selling expired products which obviously must be opened to realise they’re bad. Would give minus stars if I could for wasting my time and money!"
"My local chemist for five years. Staff are knowledgeable, ready to help and polite without being unctuous. They keep all my recipes and inform me before I run out of receipts. All members of staff are well trained in OTC medications and supplements. Granted, sometimes they’re too busy for comfort but this is the downside of popularity and easily offset by genuinely lower prices. CW is a franchise. You’ll get the low prices from all the outlets, but there are differences in management practices. CWN is the best managed of all those that I’d dealt with."
