About the Business
Welcome to the webpage of the Australian International Academy (AIA), located at 2 Foxall Road in North Kellyville, New South Wales, Australia. AIA is an independent registered co-educational school that serves as a point of interest and establishment for students and families seeking a high-quality education.
Originally founded in 1983 as King Khalid Islamic College in the Melbourne suburb of Coburg, AIA quickly gained recognition as the first full-time Islamic school in Australia. Over the years, our commitment to excellence has led to tremendous growth, and we now have three campuses in Melbourne, two campuses in Sydney, and an international campus in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
As of 2020, our Sydney campuses in Strathfield and Kellyville have merged under the umbrella of the Australian International Academy of Education Ltd. This change allows us to provide an even stronger educational experience for our students.
At AIA, we strive to promote the highest achievement in both academics and spiritual life. While we are not a selective school, our campuses foster a strong sense of community and values through the incorporation of an international education and religious studies in our curriculum.
To ensure the suitability of students and families for entry into our school, we have implemented a new enrolment evaluation procedure. This process helps us maintain a diverse and inclusive student body.
In addition to our commitment to academic excellence, AIA offers a range of scholarships to primary and high school students. These scholarships are designed to recognize and encourage excellence in academic achievement, Quran recitation and memorization, and sports achievement.
As part of our dedication to providing a well-rounded education, AIA follows the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme. The IB aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring young individuals who contribute to creating a more peaceful and intercultural world.
We invite you to explore our website to learn more about the Australian International Academy and the opportunities we offer. For any inquiries, please feel free to contact us. We look forward to welcoming you and your family to our institution.

"the school is not the best but it is great there. there are many great teachers and some that are not so great but i like it and thank you for the teachers who are trying their best"
"from my 8 years of experince thre are oly a few good teacher and most of them left students dont have islamic manners and consistantly seawring an fighting. also you need to sacrifice your liver, legs, you house and car to be able to afford one peroid of school. not to mention the ENDLESS BACBITING IN ALL GRADES."
"This school is an absolute hotbed of negligence and incompetence My cousin attends this school and nearly lost her life due to incompetent, uneducated and unqualified staff that failed to give her the proper care when she suffered an anaphylactic attack. Instead they gaslit her and made a traumatic situation even worse. As for "Islamic" values I hear stories of kids vaping and child bringing alcohol into acho grounds and getting minors drunk! I work in child protection and pediatric care and they clearly have not taken any of the necessary protective measures Absolute disgrace. Do NOT support this school ."
"Lots of money but good school, school should’ve planned more for year 6 but i dont mind, aia should talk more about the school environment like the playground area its not really looking good because they are very stricted anout uniform alot"
"Worst school in hills district. Extra curriculum is very bad with little to sometimes no sport. Most teachers are rude. Islamic studies is only good with mr Waldi. All the new teachers end up leaving and Miss Sayid is the only fully functioning teacher. All they care about is uniform and buying the school locker locks."
