"Rude and unhelpful staff. Don't bother I came in on a Thursday morning, there was no one in the store yet. I asked for help finding a denim that more rigid/less stretchy. She just looked at me as if I was a stain on the floor then I was rudely dismissed with "there's no such thing" and she walked off to have a chat with the other staff member at the counter. I was offered no help, no suggestion of an alternative despite there being a wall of jeans and no other customers. I went to another just jeans store and found the help I needed. Terrible service"

"I came to return the Jeans. I was waiting at the counter and the staff asked me "what do you want?" In a rude way. I gave her the tax invoice and she asked me to show her the order that I purchased online in my email and asked me to show her the driver's licence to check my identity before refunding me the money. Terrible customer service and Ill definitely avoid this shop."
