"I had recently ordered a coat through this website. I received it on 11-22 and was most unhappy with the quality (poorly sewn lining, did not lay flat in back when worn, and pockets that are placed so far back it's awkward to put your hands into them). It was AU$149 and when I went to the website they said you cannot return if you "change your mind, poor fit, etc." only a store credit. It also says that if you don't contact them within 7 days you cannot return the item at all. It's been 3 days. I've sent e-mails through their website, and also returned an e-mail regarding the shipment of the item which allows you to reply. So now 3 days have come off the 7 of when I've received this item. Is this their way of not letting you return anything? I've never encountered anything like this. Like the last reviewer, am I out $149? There is no information on the website about where to return items, just that you contact them (phone is long distance to Australia from the US), which is why I sent the e-mails. PS, my order number is 57168 if they still want to help me."
"I ordered a pair of shoes for Christmas which i absolutely loved. When i got them unfortunately they were too big. I had Spent $130. Most websites when they send a package to you also send a return label as well just in case you need return something. This site does not offer return labels. So when I went to see how much it would cost me to return the shoes it would have cost me $150!!!! $150 to return for a $130 credit. NO THANK YOU. I pretty much lost $130. This site also has the worst costumer service EVER. Do not buy from them."
