"I bought a few dresses from Cinnamon boutique on sale last week. One of them was ripped at the sides on two places which I only realised after washing it and when I was hanging it on the line. I never even wore the dress. I took it back to the boutique and the lady working there told me that the owner is not there and she can't do anything. I requested her to call the owner and the owner asked me to leave the dress there and they could repair it. I requested for a refund and not a repair. Any way I left the dress there and later I received a call that they can't do anything as I breached the policy by washing it. The dress is still with them. Sorry for them as they lost their regular customer."
