"Staff are a bit rude, nobody greeted me or asked if I needed any assistance despite being in the change rooms 5-10mins (I did need help with sizing). I could hear them talking and laughing with each other. Even though they close at 6pm they told me I wasn’t allowed to go back in the change rooms at 5.30 because they needed to be cleaned. I would’ve bought more if I’d been able to try on the sizes I swapped out. It felt like they just wanted me gone asap so they could close early. Don’t come here if you need assistance or even just want decent customer service. Better off buying online and returning if you need than coming here."

"Before I bought a pant from cotton on in different location, it was really good. However, I purchased the same one same type same size but different colour of pants (I tried it before purchasing and it seems ok) I took another one ( the same one) because the original one I tried had little fluffed balls. And then I thought it supposed to be looking fit but then it turnt out the waist part was really loose compared with the first one I bought. I don't know the reason why that they are not the same if they are same size and same type. I don't know if I can change it if I took the tags off but still have the receipt? Very disappointed. P,s one of the female staff was really scary and seem to get annoyed easily."
