"I went to exchange an item of clothing and regret going into the Hornsby store. The woman that served me was very rude and arrogant. She seemed very angry to do the exchange. She was purposely muttering and giving dirty looks the entire time and didn't bother to even place the exchanged item in a bag. It was a terrible experience for me and the servers name was HONEY. I will making another formal complaint."
