"Hello, I would love to give you feedback on Leah. She is absolutely fantastic at her role. I was going to cancel my whole order which I made at Castle Hill store. The sales people at Castle Hill store were not helpful or honest. I thought before cancelling my order I will visit the outlet store. Leah was so so helpful in picking the right chairs for my Dixon table. I didn’t have to cancel the whole order! On top of that the lovely gentleman there called the Castle Hill store and helped alter my order over the phone. It saved me a trip to Castle Hill. "Just bought four items from the Sale. Ask for Harrison! He is super helpful! I couldn’t expect any better service! He is very patient , providing lots of useful suggestions. Highly recommend! There are plenty of choices for sofa, dinning tables, buffet, console tables but it will be difficult to find matching dinner chairs. They will try to find you new items though( with original price of course )."
"Was looking for a tv unit and the place is huge with adequate parking. Prices can be negotiated for most things. Staff are very accommodating. Only downside is that they are not super helpful as it is a warehouse and you have to take the initiative if you want any assistance. Delivery off them was fairly straightforward, they came when they said they would come and gave 30 minutes notice on the day as well and were helpful. Highly recommended"
