"If I could give zero I would, this store should not host a Tatts site as the staff have no clue and care even less. I was there 8/4/23 at 6pm, I asked for a ticket to be renewed, the staff member just handed me money and said nothing, when I asked for the ticket I got a scowl, then the ticket was wrong and it was my fault, despite just asking for an exact repeat! Then she processed 1 week instead of ten and one line instead of 4! Then she gave me a quick pick and not the exact repeat I asked for! Rude, clueless and definitely in the wrong job. Avoid this place like the plague."
