Welcome to Yoga Sun Valley - Crystal Sound Movement, located in the beautiful surroundings of Sun Valley, Australia. Our institution offers a range of yoga and meditation practices, as well as crystal sound healing, yoga trapeze, and more.

At Yoga Sun Valley, we believe in the power of breath-based yoga practices to bring balance and strength to the body. Our asana practice focuses on gently lengthening and strengthening the body, while our visualizations and crystal sound vary to create a deep relaxation experience for those ready to let go and be present.

Join us on Wednesdays and Thursdays for our yoga classes, with sessions running from 8.30am - 9.30am and 5pm - 6pm. We also offer a free introductory class on Thursdays from 10am - 10.30am, allowing you to experience the benefits of yoga before committing.

For expecting mothers, we offer a gentle morning yoga session with crystal bowl relaxation, incorporating breath techniques to calm both you and your baby in preparation for birth and beyond. Yoga during pregnancy is a valuable time of connection for both you and your growing baby, and our supportive environment allows you to share knowledge and experiences with others.

Our crystal sound healing sessions are a powerful form of energetic healing, assisting with healing on all levels - physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. You can treat yourself to these amazing sounds solo, or invite your partner, friend, or family member to join you.

We understand the importance of creating balance within ourselves amidst life's challenges, which is why our studio provides a safe and supportive space for you to practice. Our tailored yoga sessions aim to suit your individual needs, and our spacious studio has an open-air feel, allowing you to find stillness within.

In addition to our yoga and sound healing offerings, we are a private yoga studio located in the Blue Mountains, surrounded by the beauty of the mountain blue gum. Just 3 minutes from Springwood and 10 minutes west of Penrith, our location has a rich history, having been inhabited by the Dharug and Gundungurra people.
